Job Description

We are seeking skilled Hoist and Winch Operators to assemble, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment crucial for drilling operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of drilling equipment, including the derrick and draw-works.
• Perform routine maintenance on rigging equipment and tools to ensure functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the drilling crew to ensure safe operations.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and regulations while working on site.
• Ensure equipment readiness for the next phase of operations.
• Participate in training programs related to rigging and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in rigging operations is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
