In this role, you will oversee various construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of project management principles and significant experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge client requirements with company goals.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk management plans.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are in place.
• Manage project documentation and maintain records.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate lessons learned meetings upon project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Certifications in Project Management are preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in project management within the construction sector.
