As a Reed Maker, you will play a vital role in crafting reeds that meet the specific musical requirements of our clients. Your craftsmanship will enhance the performance of musicians and contribute to the rich sound of musical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Handcraft reeds according to precise specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery used in the reed production process.
• Inspect and test finished reeds for quality assurance.
• Work closely with musicians to gather feedback for improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill improvement workshops.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in similar roles is a plus.
