Job Description

As our Philanthropy Manager, you will spearhead fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and develop strategies to engage the community in our mission. The successful candidate will have a passion for social impact and extensive experience in the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential sources of funding and partnership opportunities.
• Organize fundraising events and activities, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Monitor fundraising trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide leadership and support to the fundraising team.
• Serve as the face of the organization at events and meetings with donors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in donor relations or fundraising management

Languages

• English: Fluent
