We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves ensuring the quality of our software applications through rigorous testing procedures. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-tier software.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure alignment with testing protocols.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
• Prepare and present testing reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• QA certifications from recognized institutions are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a solid understanding of testing principles
