We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set project timelines and deadlines, ensuring completion on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver quality outcomes.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee budget management, ensuring the project is delivered within financial constraints.
• Evaluate project performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Facilitate effective team meetings and promote a strong team culture.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
• Engage with clients to capture feedback and improve project deliverables.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholder review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field

Certifications
