Responsibilities

• Interpret complex financial data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Prepare variance analyses and identify key drivers of performance.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and capital expenditure assessments.
• Create and maintain robust financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting systems.
• Engage in financial risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Train new staff on financial systems and processes.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
• Evaluate financial performance indicators and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Financial Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar.
