Looking for a Financial Analyst to enhance our financial planning and analysis capability in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for developing financial forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in budget preparations. The successful candidate will have a knack for translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for the management team.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research to support pricing and revenue strategies.
• Assist in developing business cases and financial projections for new projects.
• Provide insight into the financial implications of business decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Review and analyze various revenue drivers and propose solutions.
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
