Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to understand their vision and requirements.
• Produce 3D renderings for client presentations.
• Coordinate with architects and builders to ensure design intent is followed.
• Source and procure materials as per project requirements.
• Supervise the installation and finishing of interiors.
• Evaluate and address design challenges during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with commercial interior design projects: Proficient in designing commercial spaces to enhance business environments.
