Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leaders to promote outreach initiatives.
• Develop educational materials to support outreach efforts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community development.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
• Manage project budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Community Development or a related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in community outreach and program management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with social media marketing: Experience in utilizing social media platforms for community outreach.
