Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Non-Profit Program Manager to oversee our community-focused initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, as well as a passion for social impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of various community outreach programs.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for collaboration.
• Ensure program activities align with the organization’s mission and values.
• Conduct regular evaluations of program impact and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Develop promotional materials and communication strategies for program outreach.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Create and manage project timelines to meet strategic goals.
• Support fundraising initiatives by providing program insights to potential donors.
• Train and supervise volunteers, ensuring proper onboarding and engagement.
• Champion diversity and inclusion within all program initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or related field
• Master's degree in Development Studies is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of non-profit leadership experience
