Responsibilities

• Create and develop structural designs using CAD software.
• Perform structural analysis and simulations.
• Integrate sustainable materials and practices in designs.
• Conduct risk assessments for structural viability.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure design simplicity.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback and regulations.
• Educate clients about structural integrity and design choices.
• Continuously research new developments in structural engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications will be considered advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in structural design

Technical Skills

• Reinforced Concrete Design
• Steel Structure Design

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer qualification
• Green Building Certification, if applicable

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in project bidding and estimating: Knowledge of project cost estimation and bidding processes.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM technologies: Experience using Building Information Modeling for design.
