Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient education, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will play a key role in promoting safe and effective medication use while contributing to our mission of enhancing community health.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on over-the-counter medications.
• Engage with community health initiatives and workshops.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
• Assist with the formulation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Guide patients through medication therapy management programs.
• Promote health and wellness through preventive care initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)

Experience

• Experience in community pharmacy setting preferred.

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
