Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Planner to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing best practices in production planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production processes to recommend improvements.
• Create detailed production plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors for timely material acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose effective solutions.
• Assist in budget management by forecasting resource needs accurately.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial planning or process engineering
