As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a vital role in patient care. We seek a compassionate and skilled nurse to work within our Cape Town facility, focusing on both acute and chronic health conditions. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, monitoring patient progress, and liaising with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon admission.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Provide health education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement projects.
• Act as a patient advocate in their care journeys.
• Assist in postoperative care and recovery.
• Champion best practices in patient safety and care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Advantageous

• Current First Aid Certification: Certification must be up to date.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
