Responsibilities
Evaluate patient symptoms and adjust care plans accordingly.
Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-approval for patient procedures.
Oversee and manage Clinical Nurse Assistants and their assigned duties.
Implement patient safety protocols to reduce the risk of infection.
Prepare patients for various tests, surgeries, or procedures.
Facilitate discharge planning and transition of care for patients.
Ensure that all ethical and legal obligations are observed during patient interactions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.N.)
Registered Nursing License (SANC certified)
Experience
Preference for candidates with experience in critical care or pediatrics
