Information Security Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Manager who will be responsible for developing security strategies and managing security incidents. You will collaborate with IT and other departments to establish best practices and to ensure that our security measures are effective against emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and configuration of security software.
• Establish and manage an incident response plan.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Serve as a liaison to law enforcement and regulatory agencies when necessary.
• Participate in security risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
• Advise on security risks related to software and hardware systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or information assurance
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on management roles

• Vulnerability Management

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in ethical hacking: Practical knowledge of penetration testing and red team activities.
• Experience with security operations center (SOC): Hands-on experience working in or managing a SOC.
