Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing the security posture of our clients. This role requires expertise in identifying vulnerabilities, recommending best practices, and implementing security measures to protect vital information systems. You will collaborate with clients to develop customized security strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough security assessments against industry standards.
• Develop incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises.
• Identify and document security gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for security enhancements.
• Lead training initiatives to strengthen organizational security culture.
• Assist in the selection and deployment of security software.
• Collaborate with vendors for security tool implementation.
• Review and analyze security logs for unusual activity.
• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of security measures.
• Advise clients on best practices for data protection.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related technical field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting
