We are seeking a skilled Technical Copywriter to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for creating compelling technical documentation, user manuals, and engaging content that communicates complex information clearly to our audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing for technology and possess a strong understanding of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and review technical documentation for a variety of audiences.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve documentation.
• Support marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for campaigns.
• Develop FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist customers.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights.
• Ensure compliance with copyright and privacy laws.
• Stay updated on industry developments to inform writing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
