Job Description

As a Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager, you will oversee the logistics operations, focusing on effectively managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing processes to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics and distribution operations to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding transportation and storage operations.
  • Oversee the development of efficient logistics processes and workflows.
  • Create training programs to elevate the skills of logistics team members.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee quality service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, with a focus on transportation and distribution management
