Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and supporting investment decisions. You will utilize your expertise in financial modeling to assist with forecasting and budgeting, making significant contributions to the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements.
• Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to assist in strategy development.
• Prepare documentation and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
• Implement financial best practices across the organization.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and financing negotiations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
