We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data visualization tools and analytical techniques. You will develop and manage reporting systems and provide insights that drive effective decision-making within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable reports and visualizations.
• Implement efficient ETL processes to streamline data flow.
• Work alongside data engineers to enhance and fine-tune data pipelines.
• Provide insights on best practices for data reporting and visualization.
• Participate in strategy sessions to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Document procedures and maintain records of BI projects for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or BI development

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
