We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to enhance our healthcare service in Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Implement treatment plans and observe patient reactions.
• Conduct assessments of patients' health conditions.
• Coordinate with specialists to provide comprehensive care.
• Promote and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during evaluations.
• Engage in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Record and update patient histories and treatment changes.

Requirements

Education

• Registered nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical nursing role

Technical Skills

• Patient Care

Certifications

• Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: Preferred certification for enhancing emergency response skills.
