Responsibilities

  • Ensure all IT requests are logged and tracked through a ticketing system.
  • Work on system upgrades and software updates as required.
  • Assist in network management and security monitoring.
  • Provide remote assistance to users as needed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware or software support.
  • Document and create manuals for user activities.
  • Engage in training sessions for skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Promote overall IT awareness among staff members.
  • Respond to after-hours escalations as part of on-call rotation.
  • Help create reports on IT performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Industry certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or IT role
