You will handle all aspects of study coordination, including patient recruitment, data management, and compliance with ethical standards. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of clinical trials and studies.
  • Assist in participant recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Monitor data collection processes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
  • Train and supervise junior research staff and assistants.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of research protocols.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of study data.
  • Ensure timely submission of progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research
