Responsibilities

• Carry out patient evaluations as per the nursing care plan.

• Uphold clinic policies to maintain high-quality care.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare provider.
• Perform lab tests and interpret results.
• Educate patients regarding health and wellness practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of nursing practices.
• Manage emergency situations with timely interventions.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Nursing (Diploma or Degree)
• SANC Registration mandatory

Experience

• Experience in emergency care a plus

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Intermediate
