You will play a key role in ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of machinery, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians.
• Implement best practices in maintenance procedures.
• Support project management teams with technical expertise.

Requirements

Education

• BEng in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional certifications in specific machinery is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a mechanical technician role

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems understanding
• PLC programming

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles: Experience in improving processes and reducing waste within manufacturing.
