Responsibilities

• Assess and address clients' mental and emotional well-being.
• Lead therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Work closely with medical professionals and community resources.
• Education clients and families regarding mental health topics.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-stress situations.
• Document treatment sessions thoroughly in compliance with policies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client care strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice.
• Assist in developing mental health awareness programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling

Languages
