Job Description

As an Environmental Engineer in Pretoria, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects that promote sustainability. You will conduct environmental assessments and work with teams to ensure compliance with regulations while providing practical and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental projects from planning to implementation.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of environmental risks and impacts.
• Develop strategies for resource conservation and sustainability.
• Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Provide technical guidance on environmental engineering practices.
• Review and approve design plans for environmental projects.
• Prepare documentation for project approvals and permits.
• Lead training sessions on environmental best practices for team members.
• Represent the company at environmental conferences and meetings.
• Ensure continuous improvement in environmental performance across projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental engineering or related roles
