• Lead the hotel’s operational strategy to enhance guest experience and profitability.
• Ensure that guest needs are met by supervising hotel staff and operations.
• Prepare financial reports and manage the hotel’s budget.
• Implement training programs to maintain high service levels.
• Develop marketing campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility.
• Address guest feedback and incorporate it into service improvement plans.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and adjust business practices accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant hotel management experience
