Job Description

As an Academic Program Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of educational programs, ensuring alignment with quality standards. The role involves curriculum development, oversight of academic initiatives, and collaboration with faculty and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of instructional programs.
  • Work closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of academic schedules.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of program outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding program status.
  • Promote community involvement in educational initiatives.
  • Serve on educational committees to support institutional goals.
  • Ensure timely updates of academic policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • PhD in Educational Leadership is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in educational administration or program management
