Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure financial health.
  • Guide teams in creating and executing project plans that reflect scope and timeline.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure full project understanding and commitment.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring completion on time and to specification.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on project management processes and tools.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Report regularly to executive management on project status and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of managing projects in technology-driven industries
Technical Skills
  • MS Project
  • SQL

Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
