Job Description

We are looking for a driven Aerospace Engineer to join our innovative team in Pretoria. In this role, you will design, test, and evaluate aerospace products and systems, playing a crucial part in advancing our technology and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in aerospace principles, engineering design, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in engineering processes.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess the efficiency of current designs and recommend enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace technology and integrate these into projects.
• Prepare prototypes and perform hands-on tests to validate design concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or design
