Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer who will be pivotal in our efforts to maintain regulatory compliance across all operations. This position involves conducting risk assessments and collaborating with leadership to enhance compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts comply with regulations.
• Conduct periodic reviews of compliance issues across departments.
• Facilitate compliance workshops and training sessions.
• Research and interpret compliance regulations affecting the organization.
• Advise management on compliance-related matters.
• Consolidate compliance reporting across the organization.
• Assist in developing strategies for continuous compliance improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in compliance or risk management is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles

Technical Skills

• Compliance Auditing

Certifications

• Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
• Ethics and Compliance Certification from a recognized body

Languages

• English: Fluent
