Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the efficient management of healthcare services in Durban. You will work closely with medical staff to improve overall service quality, manage budgets, and implement new healthcare policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative functions of the healthcare organization.
  • Oversee staff workflow and manage shifts effectively.
  • Initiate and manage budget planning for the healthcare center.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
  • Coordinate collaboration between healthcare practitioners and administration.
  • Manage the recruitment and training of new healthcare personnel.
  • Evaluate and implement healthcare programs for efficiency.
  • Develop partnerships with other healthcare organizations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication with external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
