Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and compounding of medications.
• Manage pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver patient-centered care by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Actively participate in pharmacy meetings and case discussions.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Serve as a resource for pharmacy technicians and assistants.
• Participate in research and clinical trials as appropriate.
• Foster relationships with local healthcare providers.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or higher

Experience

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in a community pharmacy

• Clinical Pharmacy Practice

Certifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
