Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will leverage their financial expertise to provide insightful analysis and support key financial decisions that drive company success. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team towards achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Develop ongoing training programs for sales team members.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance company visibility.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and executives.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performing sales role
