The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining decentralized applications, and working with smart contracts. This role will require a solid understanding of blockchain technology and coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Set performance benchmarks for blockchain applications and work to meet them.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs regarding blockchain solutions.
• Explore potential use cases for blockchain within the organization.
• Collaborate with product managers to help define project roadmaps.
• Enhance the security features of blockchain applications to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior developers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development focusing on blockchain

Technical Skills

• Cryptography

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile practices and workflows in software development.
