Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in our dynamic company. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Utilize project management software to monitor project progress and results.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to upper management.
• Ensure all team members are aware of project goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources appropriately.
• Encourage and mentor junior project team members.
• Maintain a high level of project quality by reviewing deliverables regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management
