Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex engineering challenges.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the design and development of new products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Develop training materials for continuous skills development of team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Engage with suppliers and partners to enhance operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
  • MBA or similar graduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing
