Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in Durban. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring quality and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to support project execution.
• Utilize project management tools for tracking progress and communicating with stakeholders.
• Oversee the completion of project documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Engage project sponsors and manage their expectations regarding project deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP Certification strongly preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management

• Risk Management Techniques
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in managing international projects: Proven ability to coordinate projects with teams located in different countries.
• Certification in Risk Management: Knowledge of risk management techniques and certifications will be an advantage.
