Job Description

We are in search of a Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project lifecycle from planning to execution and closeout.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Implement project management best practices and monitoring systems to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops to ensure all parties are aligned on objectives.
  • Review and approve project schedules, and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and report on status.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in construction project management
