You will assess clients' needs, coordinate services, and provide guidance and support as they navigate their circumstances. Responsibilities

  • Identify barriers to services and work proactively to solve issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance trust.
  • Prepare and present reports on client case progress to senior management.
  • Assist clients in accessing social grants and financial assistance programs.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Social Work is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working in social services or case management
