We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to help drive our initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in community development and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community assessments to determine the needs of residents.
• Plan and execute outreach strategies that resonate with diverse populations.
• Create promotional materials for events and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations.
• Facilitate workshops that empower community members with essential skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is an advantage

• 3+ years of experience in community engagement or outreach
