Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day operations of healthcare services.
  • Ensure the facility meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling and workload of administrative staff.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus

  • 5+ years in a similar role within a healthcare environment
