Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families. This role requires expertise in diagnosing emotional disorders and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and improve communication skills within families.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required.
• Participate in community outreach and awareness programs regarding mental health.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Current LMFT license from the HPCSA

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical setting.
