Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare operations in Cape Town. This role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing patient services. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of healthcare processes and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational management to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national healthcare regulations.
  • Supervise the documentation of patient information and administrative processes.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration between administrative and clinical teams.
  • Develop training programs for staff regarding administrative protocols.
  • Monitor financial health of the department and prepare budget proposals.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new health technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within healthcare
