We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst who possesses keen analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial markets. This role involves supporting senior analysts in project execution, deal structuring, and financial modelling. You will communicate with clients and internal teams to prepare comprehensive financial analysis and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support senior analysts in conducting due diligence for prospective investments.
• Prepare and analyze financial models to forecast performance.
• Develop financial reports that track and analyse portfolio performance.
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for client meetings and pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor industry trends to provide insights to the investment team.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Business or Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in similar roles, preferably in investment banking
