Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve issues during construction.
• Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality.
• Manage project documentation and compliance records.
• Liaise with construction teams to delegate tasks effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage budgets and inform stakeholders of project progress.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing substantial construction projects
