Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team to support our growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound support tickets and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Resolve networking issues and maintain network equipment.
• Set up and configure new users' accounts, including permissions and access.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Assist in backup processes and maintenance of data integrity.
• Conduct software updates and system maintenance checks.
• Provide feedback to improve IT support processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• IT-related diploma or certification is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
